What are stainless steel?
Stainless steel is an iron-based alloy that consists of minimum 11% of chromium, primarily known for their excellent corrosion resistance. There are several different types of stainless steel. The two main types are austenitic and ferritic, each of which exhibits a different atomic arrangement. Due to this difference, ferritic stainless steel are generally magnetic while austenitic stainless steel usually are not. A ferritic stainless steel owes its magnetism to two factors: its high concentration of iron in its fundamental structure.

Is your website secure?
This Site takes precautions to help maintain the privacy and security of your information. For example, you are required to enter a valid Email address and Password before any personal information can be displayed. This site encrypts the information transmitted between our server and your browser. Also, if there is no activity on a page for an extended period of time, the Site automatically logs you off. When that happens, you need to log on again using your Email address and Password.

To help us provide the best possible service, we may collect and maintain certain information for example, the products you purchase, billing and delivery information. However we will protect and enforce the confidentiality of this information very strictly and under no circumstances will we sell or rent it to other businesses or third parties. What are your Terms and Conditions of Warranty?

  • Our product is under warranty against manufacturing defects by reason workmanship or internal material messrs HOTO STAINLESS STEEL INDUSTRIES Sdn .Bhd for period of (10)ten years from the original date of purchase.
  • The warranty does not cover defects arising from misuse/mishandling, abuse, accident, negligence, damage caused directly or indirectly by fire, flood, convulsion of nature, war, riot of civil commotion or any act of god.
  • Our warranty becomes null and void if this product has been tempered with, undergone unauthorized repairs by third parties, improper installation, alteration or modifications to this product.
  • The warranty does not include rubber , plastic parts and caster wheel.

Do I need to register before I can make a purchase?

Does the shopping cart auto-calculate delivery costs?

How do I purchase online?
Register yourself via our online registration form. Place the items in your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout. Complete the personal and credit card information and submit your order. You will be required to complete a form that will be reviewed by our admin department. You will only be required to complete this form once. You will be required to pay via credit card unless you wish to pay via bank transfer. You can also review your order history and you can track your order if you are a registered user.
Can I return an item bought online to a store?
No you can’t. Goods sold are not refundable.
I can't place items in the Shopping Cart - help!
There are several reasons this might happen:

  • In order to use the Sabinai’s Shopping Cart you have to allow cookies. You can change these by clicking on ‘Tools’ at the top of the web page, then ‘Internet Options’, then ‘Privacy’. Select the ‘Advanced’ button and make sure the box that says ‘always allow session cookies’ is checked.
  • Your security settings may be too high for our website. It is advisable to have them set to ‘medium’ which is the recommended setting for most websites. You can change these by clicking on ‘Tools’ at the top of the web page, then ‘Internet Options’ then ‘Security’. The slider needs to be moved to the ‘medium’ setting.

How will I know when my order is successfully completed?
You will be shown an order confirmation page which will display your order number and order summary. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you supplied during checkout. If you haven’t received an email confirmation and are unsure as to whether your order was completed successfully, please contact our Customer Service Centre at +603-31761768.
Do you deliver outside Klang Valley?
Yes.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
4 – 7 working days upon confirmation of the order.
Do you deliver to East Malaysia?
Yes. Standard shipping charges of RM150 apply to all locations in East Malaysia.
How do I track my current or previous online order?
Login using your ID & track your order history by clicking ‘My account’ link on the top right hand side of the website.
Can I pick up my order?
Sorry, we are currently unable to offer a pick-up service.
